Situated on the two tiny tropical islands of Rangali and Rangalifinolhu connected by a footbridge, the Conrad Resort and Spa enjoys a spectacular setting. Constructed of local timber and thatch, the buildings blend naturally into the local environment. All the villas restaurant and bar on Rangalifinolhu were rebuilt to a very high specification in 2004.
Accommodation is in 148 luxurious water or beach villas spread around both islands. The water villas, which are built on stilts in the lagoon are located on the island of Rangali, which also has the Vilu bar and restaurant, complete with underground wine cellar.
The amazing new beach villas, which all face the sea, are located on Rangalifnolhu, which also houses a bar, restaurant and a fantastic large free form swimming pool. The cuisine is excellent and offers an exceptional variety and choice.
There is an excellent watersports and diving centre offering a wide range of activities. Ashore there are tennis courts, a fitness centre and spa offering treatments and Ayurveda massages. The new Spa Village, a ‘resort within a resort’ comprises 20 Spa Water Villas and 9 treatment rooms. These villas can easily be combined with additional nights in another room category, subject to a minimum 3 nights in the Spa Water Villas.
