Extensively rebuilt in 2004, Kurumba provides a superb range of modern facilities and accommodation, just an easy 15 minute speedboat ride from Male international airport. With no less than 5 excellent restaurants to choose from, a superb free form swimming pool and this is sure to be a popular choice with families.
Accommodation is in 179 modern rooms spread in groups around the island. Most of the rooms are a short walk from the beach, which is surrounded by an offshore breakwater to protect the beaches from erosion. Whilst the airport is only a short distance from the airport and close to the flight path, the limited number of flights mean that the occasional (and it is occasional!) aircraft overhead is not a nuisance.
